THE DECISION

When we finally got back in and the proceedings resumed, it was announced that Miss Israel, Elisne Allen, was the first runner up, who would take over if Miss SL Universe became unable to fulfill her duties. 

And Miss Greece, Babyhoney Bailey, was crowned Miss SL Universe:
